The ILTS program website has been updated. Candidates will now use a single account for both ILTS and National Evaluation Series™ tests.

If you previously created ILTS and National Evaluation Series accounts, you will now be able to sign in with a single account and access your account information, including your current test registrations and testing history.

Accessing My Account

I previously created an account on this website, but I'm having trouble signing in. What should I do?

Make sure that you are entering your email address and password on the sign-in screen. Do not enter your username, if you created one; usernames are no longer needed to sign in.

If you continue to have difficulty, please use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen. You may be asked to re-establish your account. If so, just follow the instructions on the screen. After you finish, you will have access to your account.

I have previously taken an ILTS test and a National Evaluation Series test, and I have separate accounts for each. Which account do I use now?

You should attempt to sign in to your account on this website with your National Evaluation Series account email and password. If you have difficulty, please use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen. You may be asked to re-establish your account. If so, just follow the instructions on the screen. After you finish, you will have access to your account.

I know that I have previously tested, but I don't know what kind of account I have. How do I sign in?

Try signing in with an email address you would have used when you established your account and your password. If you cannot sign in, use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen. You may be asked to re-establish your account. If so, just follow the instructions on the screen. After you finish, you will have access to your account.

Why am I being asked to enter a new password and security question and answer?

The system may prompt you to update your password and/or security question and answer. Please provide this information when prompted to ensure your account continues to remain secure.

My Registrations

I am currently registered for an ILTS test. Is my appointment still valid? Can I reschedule if I need to?

Any appointments you have already scheduled are still valid. You can sign in to your account to view your appointment details. You may also reschedule your appointment, up to 24 hours before the test.

I am currently registered for a National Evaluation Series test. Is my appointment still valid? Can I reschedule if I need to?

Any appointments you have already scheduled are still valid. You can sign in to your account on this website to view your appointment details. You may also reschedule your appointment, up to 24 hours before the test.

I was told to register for National Evaluation Series tests on the National Evaluation Series website. Is that correct?

That is no longer necessary. Illinois candidates should now register for their National Evaluation Series tests directly on this website.

What if I already registered for a National Evaluation Series test on the National Evaluation Series website?

That's okay. No action is required on your part. Please attend your test appointment as scheduled and take the test. You can sign in to your account on this website to view your appointment details. You may also reschedule your appointment, up to 24 hours before the test.

My Test Scores

I recently took a test. How do I access my score report on this site?

First, review the score report dates to determine when your score report will become available. Then sign in to your account to access your score report.

Will my ILTS and National Evaluation Series test scores be available to me in my account?

Yes. Your test scores for both ILTS and National Evaluation Series tests will all be accessible in your account.
